Rebello Decor was founded in 2022 by Maria Thygesen – a birthday gift to herself. As a mother to a son with autism, Maria wanted more freedom and flexibility in her life, and Rebello Decor became her way of creating a space for creativity and independence.
Maria is passionate about aesthetics and timeless design, with a vision to create lighting that not only illuminates but also becomes a cherished piece to be enjoyed for generations. Her design style is described as Nordic Art Deco – a harmonious blend of Nordic simplicity and classic, decorative details.
